TERMS AND CONDITIONS For customers submitting original photographs: CROSS DESIGNS will make every effort to ensure the secure and proper of handling of all orginal photographs as well as purchased photo montage portraits. All portraits will be sent Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. However, we cannot be held responsible for any original photographs damaged or lost while in transit to or from the CROSS DESIGNS address and while in the possession of the U.S. Postal Service. Before you do anything, you must first fill out the request form so a free, no-obligation order packet can be mailed to you immediately. To ensure the best possible outcome for your portraits, please follow the detailed instructions included in the order packet that you will receive. These instructions are also outlined below: 1. Select anywhere from 6-10 of your favorite snapshots. (Note: Certain pictures may need to be resized to fit into the portrait.) You may use school pictures, however, photos larger than 5"x7" in size are not allowed. Avoid sending in any photos that are dark or blurry. 2. When selecting photos, pick a theme such as 'vacation shots'. You will find this to be the easiest was to go about sorting your photos. However, you do not need to have a theme. If you have a hodgepodge of pictures that you wish to be made into a portrait, that will work fine. 3. You will need to print your name and number the back of each photo with the labels that will be provided to you. If you want a chronological portrait done, you must number your photos from oldest to most recent. And if you wish to have a particular picture placed at the center, please label it 'center'. 4. If you wish to add any sentiments to your picture, please keep the word count to a maximum of 10. However it will look best if you limit the words to 5 or less. A long sentence may be resized to fit or broken up into two parts to achieve the best results. 5. Once you have selected your photos, and done all of the above, fill out the order form completely. Make your portrait selection/s. Enter in the appropriate shipping/handling fees. Use the enclosed pre-paid return mailer to send your pictures, the order form, and a check/money order for the full amount (including shipping/handling fees). Make your check or money order payable to CROSS DESIGNS. 6. Within 2-3 weeks you will receive your portait package selection and memories to last a lifetime. |
